1. Private and by invitation

David Office is a private, invitation-only service. It is not offered to the public and cannot be accessed through open registration.

2. No advice, no management — important notice

David Office does not provide investment, financial, tax, accounting, estate, succession, or legal advice, nor any recommendation of any kind. It does not perform legal analysis or accounting opinions. It does not manage, hold, or administer money, assets, or any other resources, and it does not act as a custodian, broker, intermediary, or regulated adviser. It is not a financial institution and does not hold itself out as one.

Any decisions in these areas are yours alone, and you should rely on your own qualified professionals. Nothing made available through David Office constitutes a recommendation, and any reliance you place on it is at your own discretion and risk.

3. Access

Access is granted only by individual authorization and may be scoped, adjusted, suspended, or withdrawn at any time. You may use only the access granted to you, and only for its intended private purpose.

4. Credentials and security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for enabling multi-factor authentication when asked, and for all activity under your access. You must promptly report any suspected compromise. Credentials are personal and may not be shared or transferred.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the security or integrity of the service, or use it for any purpose other than that for which access was granted.

Everything you access is strictly confidential. You must not disclose or reproduce it outside the authorized environment. Activity is recorded for security and accountability.

This website, David Office, and all related software, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You are granted only the limited right to use the access expressly provided to you. The David Office name and marks may not be used without permission.
